Frontier Finance Solutions B.V. (FFS), a subsidiary within the Cardano Development Group of Entities, is responsible for implementing this mission by managing operational execution and leading the creation and development of new ventures. FFS operates as a financial services company that provides strategic advisory, operational support, and bespoke financing solutions to both group-affiliated entities and third-party partners. Its scope of work includes the incorporation, management, and supervision of businesses; structuring and raising capital through the issuance of debt instruments and other securities; and facilitating borrowing and lending transactions. FFS also supports affiliated companies and external clients by providing guarantees and pledging assets in connection with their financial obligations. The role in question will be based within FFS.
Role Overview
As a Risk & Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the team in ensuring that our business operations and procedures comply with the regulatory requirements and internal policies, as well as assisting the business on risk-related matters. You will perform a range of duties including assisting in assessing the impacts of regulatory regulations, review of the company policies and processes, and maintaining the development, implementation and monitoring of various processes, policies, as they relate to the overarching governance framework. You will be a proactive team member who is an excellent communicator, has deep interest in understanding venture building space and willingness to help business succeed.
This role will report to the Senior Operations Risk and Compliance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting AML/KYC, sanctions, media and PEP checks on all projects, suppliers, consultants.
- Conduct checks on new joiners during onboarding.
- Assisting in the preparation of Operational Due Diligence (ODD) requirements received and requested.
- Assisting in developing risk management frameworks and strategies and ensuring they are operationalised and in the business.
- Assisting in reviewing and assessing the effectiveness of company policies and procedures.
- Working with various parts of the business to ensure risk and compliance actions have been completed.
- Assisting in the maintenance of risk and compliance registers.
- Act as a support for internal stakeholders by providing guidance on operational and regulatory requirements, including AML, CTF and sanctions.
- Assisting in Performing assurance testing.
- Investigating operational incidents and compliance breaches to determine root cause and prevention actions.
- Supporting Risk & Compliance in maintaining oversight of Cardano Development Group and third-party risks.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking an individual with up to two years of experience, interested in pursuing risk and compliance career in financial services or development finance. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, you will excel in this role.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- A recently completed bachelor’s degree in law/commerce/business administration or equivalent.
- Full working rights.
- An interest in financial services (or more specifically, development finance space or NGOs).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- An analytical mindset with excellent organisational skills.

- A willingness to learn and take on wide variety of tasks.

Salary Range
Frontier Finance Solutions is committed to fostering the professional development of its employees over the course of their careers. The annual salary for this position ranges from €45,000 to €55,000, with responsibilities and required competencies corresponding to the lower end of the range.
